Description

VTC-50H is a mini spin coater with a vacuum chuck that is designed for quality coating inside the glovebox at a low cost. It can be easily set up and use at a speed of 500 - 8000 r/min. A heating cover and temperature controller are included for fast heating up to 80°C.  The mini spin coater is Ar gas compatible can be put in a glovebox through antechamber

Warnings
  • Do not overflush the base with any kind of liquid. Excess liquid will leak into the motor shaft and cause damage. Please use fabric cloth to wipe out the residues that remain in the base and cover.
