Application case	The tape can hold a rectangular/ square slide at 10000 RPM, in high-speed mode, there is two things need to do. Do not reuse the tape Use the largest chuck, a vacuum chuck with the diameter of 4 inch or larger is recommend. Put the tape and the sample on the very middle of the vacuum chuck.
