Description

The DZF-6050-HT is a 500ºC Max. high-temperature vacuum oven.  Two internal heating plates are installed inside the oven as shelves with independent temperature control, and the front door is built-in with water cold flange with a recirculating water chiller. A 500-5000ml flow meter is installed in the front panel to control the atmosphere of the chamber.  All necessary accessories are in the package including vacuum pump, chiller, fittings, hoses, etc.  (Updated to internal heating Version from 5/20/2020)

Chamber and Door	Chamber dimensions: 415 x 345 x 370, mm  ( 16.3 x 13.5 x 14.5",  53 Liter ) The chamber is structured with stainless steel  The door is made of aluminum plate with thermal insulation Silicone door gasket and positive latch door ensure the good sealing 2 stainless steel shelves are heatable with power feedthrough up to 500°C The water cooling jacket is built inside the oven door flange to keep silicone O-ring temperature below 200oC when oven temperature higher
Water Cooling	One Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller is included. ( click picture left to see details) Refrigeration range: 5~35°C Flowing Rate:  16L/minute Suggest using anti-corrosion coolant  (available for auto-part store) to achieve the best water cooling.
Gas flowing/purging	A precise flow meter is installed in the front panel which ranges from 500 ~ 5000ml/min.  The gas is able to be continuously flowing into the chamber at a constant flow rate defined by the user during operation. The oven can be purged by inert gas before the operation.
Fittings & Connectors	One KF25D vacuum port is used for a quick connection to the vacuum pump.  Two water/coolant inlets connect the chiller. (tubes are included) One 1/4" Swagelok tube fitting is for inert gas supply. One needle valve is used to control the input gas.
Vacuum Pump	One Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump with Exhaust Filter, Bellows & KF-D25 Inlet is included. The vacuum level： <  10-2 torr by mechanical pump and 10-4 torr by a turbopump Power: 0.4KW / 0.37KW Please click the pic for more specs.

Application Notes	Please review  How to calibrate the oven. You may addGas Purifier collum on the gas inlet of the oven back to remove oxygen and humidity You may order a mobile table to put the oven on ( click pic below right to order ) You may order spare silicone sealing ring for the door by clicking the picture below right.
Attention	Please note that it's normal the SS chamber wall will be slightly deformed and lose its shine at high temperature. However, this won't affect the use of the oven since the sample will be placed on a shelf and won't have contact with the chamber wall.
