Description

Se-KTQ-300SD is a 300 mm wide slot die coating unit on a rolling stage. The rolling stage greatly diminishes the friction between the substrate and applicator and ensures the consistency of coating clearance.
The assembly also comes with two digital micrometers.

Structure	Touch-free coating experience The 300 mm wide slot-die is bolted on a rolling stage with 3 or 4 wheels to reduce friction. The coating clearance between the slot die and the substrate is adjustable with both accuracy and increment of +/- 1-micron via two digital micrometers. 2 sets of stainless steel shims: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm.

Application Note	In order to achieve the best coating, adjustment of suitable parameters including but not limited to slurry viscosity, slurry feeding speed, the gap between slot die and substrate, shim thickness, coating speed, drying temperature, etc.
